ELE22KI1A (Kilimanjaro)

Chips_Test_04_2048_PreCMP.0001

2 Channel 15V @125mA Pin Electronics

The Kilimanjaro is a dual-channel pin electronics driver and window comparator product fabricated in a wide voltageBi-CMOS process. It is designed specifically for Test During Burn-In (TDBI) applications and low cost testers, where cost, functional density, and power are all at a premium.

The Kilimanjaro incorporates two channels of programmable drivers and window comparators into a small 5mm x 5mm QFN package. Each channel has per pin driver levels, data, and high impedance control, along with per-pin high and low window comparator thresholds levels.
