System on a Chip, 66 MHz Octal Pin Electronics Driver/Comparator/Timing Deskew w/SharedÂ
ISL55169 is a highly integrated system on a chip (SOC) pin
electronics solution aimed at incorporating every analog
function (with some digital support functionality) required on a per channel basis for Automated Test Equipment (see figure below.) The interface, the control, and the I/O are digital; all analog circuitry is inside the chip. Eight complete and independent channels are integrated into each chip.
