Diodes Incorporated Completes Acquisition of ElevATE Semiconductor
San Diego, CA and Plano, TX — August 27, 2026 – Diodes Incorporated (Diodes) (Nasdaq: DIOD) today announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of ElevATE Semiconductor, Inc. (ElevATE), a leading provider of high-performance integrated circuits for the automated test equipment (ATE) market.
The completion of the transaction brings together ElevATE’s specialized expertise in semiconductor test solutions with Diodes’ broad analog and power semiconductor portfolio, global manufacturing capabilities, and worldwide sales and support infrastructure. Together, the companies are positioned to offer customers a broader range of solutions and address the evolving demands of the semiconductor test market.
