Powering the Next Generation of Semiconductor Test

As an Application Engineer, you will be playing a vital role in providing technical support and documentation for our products and customers. This position requires a self-motivated, hard-working, results oriented individual to make contributions to a small, but very focused team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support of Elevate IC products for our worldwide customers- act as the technical interface between customers and the factor, assist customers with device and system level troubleshooting, and review customer circuit schematics
- Perform bench testing and analysis to support customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Support failure, quality, and reliability analysis in conjunction with the operations team
- Generation of technical documentation for Elevate products including datasheets, product guides, application notes and other material to support integration of these devices into customer systems.
- Assist with product recommendations for new customer designs
Required Skills:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Proficient in the use of electronic bench equipment – hands on experience in the lab debugging, probing, and characterizing silicon using a mixture of custom-made and standard equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, source measurement units, etc
- Experience in technical writing
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written are essential to this position
- Solid system and circuit level troubleshooting capability
- Basic understanding of transistor level circuits
- Experience with common programming languages like C, Python, or LabView
